The EVSE Analyser is a simple to operate, yet powerful device to quickly but comprehensivly test AC charge points. It performs relevant tests for commisioning of new charge point as well support fault finding in defect charge points.
The following parameters of the Charge point can be observed:
- Voltage
- Phase rotation (of the 400 volt circuit)
- Current
- kWh measurement
- CP PWM Signal
- ISO15118 Presence
Tests
The following tests are available to verify the electrical part of the system is functioning correctly:
- Risolation tests – A 250Vdc voltage is applied to measure the insulation resistance;
- RCD Tests – Multiple RCD tests for AC fault currents and DC fault currents are applied.
App
An optional app connects to the EVSE Analyser for executing tests remotely and analysing all parameters. Additional features of the app are:
- Workorders – Taking in work orders or creating new work orders on the spot
- GPS – for mapping the exact location of newly placed charge points
- Reporting – Data gathered from all measurements are summarized in a PDF. An optional JSON file is available to store all measurements for further analysing.
