Description
The adapter Type 2 to Schuko M3 allows any 230 volt appliance to get power from a charge point. It’s imbedded electronics simulates an EV. By this the charge point will supply power.
A proximity detector in the outlet makes sure that when the Schuko plug is detached, the charge point ceases to provide power. It will be in ‘waiting mode’.

Power rating: 230 Vac / 50Hz / 16A
Inlet is Type 2 (male) conform IEC62196-2. It can be used on 1 phase and 3 phase charge points. It will only draw current from phase 1 (L1).
The outlet is a Schuko socket conform CEE7/3 (EU) or CEE7/5 (B/Fr). The first is using the European earth system with clamps on the side while the latter is using a third pin to provide earth. All EU plugs conform CEE7/7 will fit both systems. More information can be found here.
