Refund and Returns Policy

At IQLaad, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our business customers. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your order. Please review our refund and return policy to ensure a smooth process:

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.

1.2 Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

1.3 Exclusions: Custom made orders and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Restocking Fee

2.1 A restocking and administration fee of 10% of the product’s purchase price will be applied to all returns, except in cases where the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

2.2 The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund on your account.

3.3 Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Procedure

4.1 Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rma@iqlaad.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4.2 Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4.3 Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the product does not meet these criteria, the return may be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

5.1 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
